Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to have a smooth and worry‑free experience whenever you buy our effervescent tablets. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are nutraceutical/consumable items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product, damaged product, or a product with visible manufacturing defect.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (shrink wrap, seal, labels, and outer carton intact).

  • The return request is raised within 3–7 days of the delivery date (set your exact number).

Products will not be eligible for return if:

  • The seal is broken, the tube is opened, or tablets have been consumed.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, poor handling, or improper storage after delivery.

  • The return request is raised after the allowed time window.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order ID and date of purchase

  • Product name and quantity

  • Clear photos/video of the outer packaging, inner product, and the issue (damage, leakage, wrong item, etc.)

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and inform you whether it is approved for return or replacement, along with further instructions.

3. Replacement / Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We may arrange a pickup through our courier partner or ask you to ship the product back to our address (share your exact process here).

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, we will process:

    • A replacement of the same product, or

    • A refund to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference and our policy.

Please allow 5–7 business days after product inspection for the refund to reflect in your account (bank/UPI/card timelines may vary).

4. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

  • Opened, partially consumed, or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage

  • Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or with free gifts (unless damaged or defective on arrival)

  • Free samples or complimentary products

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may follow the return process if eligible.

  • Prepaid order cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, manufacturing issue), we will bear the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is for any other reason and is accepted as a special case, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (update as per your policy).
